摘要
土地资源作为当今最紧缺的资源之一,如何高效地利用有限的土地资源,规划建设闲置土地成为热门话题。结合化州某项目电梯、智能立体车库工程,采用单元分析法和有限元整体分析法,研究施工前后和施工过程中对周边挡土墙的造成的影响。分析结果表明:新增停车库荷载,AB段、CD段挡土墙的抗隆起安全系数略有减小,但仍满足《建筑边坡工程技术规范:GB 50330—2013》[1]要求,挡土墙结构的最大水平位移为14.2 mm,小于文献[1]限值30 mm;挡土墙锚索安全系数变化极小,在5%以内;挡土墙承载力满足文献[1]要求,新增停车库荷载不影响挡土墙结构安全。在电梯井基坑顶加设支撑后,AB段、CD段及OP段挡土墙的位移及各项安全系数指标均满足《建筑基坑支护技术规程:JGJ 120—2012》[2]要求,电梯井基坑挖开不影响AB段及OP段挡土墙结构安全。研究结论对后续类似工程具有重要的借鉴意义与参考价值。
As one of the most scarce land resources,how to efficiently use the limited land resources,planning and construction of idle land has become a hot topic.Based on the elevator and intelligent stereo garage engineering of a project in Huazhou,the unit analysis method and the whole finite element analysis method are used to study the influence of the surrounding retaining wall before and after construction and in the construction process.The analysis results show that the anti-uplift safety factor of retaining wall in AB and CD sections decreases slightly with the increase of parking load,but it still meets the requirements of the code.The maximum horizontal displacement of retaining wall structure is 14.2 mm,which is less than the limit of the code 30 mm.The variation of safety factor of retaining wall anchor cable is very small,within 5%.The bearing capacity of retaining wall meets the requirements of the code,and the new parking load does not affect the safety of retaining wall structure.After the support is added to the top of the elevator pit,the displacement and safety factors of the retaining wall in AB,CD and OP sections meet the requirements of the foundation pit specifications,and the excavation of the elevator pit does not affect the structural safety of the retaining wall in AB and OP sections.The research conclusions have an important reference meaning and value for the subsequent similar projects.
