摘要
介绍了一种岩溶地区灌注桩凝固过程桩顶标高监控技术,利用带刻度的红、黄、绿三色测量竖杆和数显标尺实现对灌注桩沉降的双重监控措施,达到动态监测的目的。技术有效地解决了岩溶地区灌注桩成桩后混凝土流失过程的难以监控问题,使施工人员能及时发现并作出应对措施,避免了桩顶标高下沉而不知情导致后期桩机二次进场的风险,施工质量更有保障。
Introduces a monitoring technology of pile head elevation during solidification process of cast-in-place pile in karst area,which realizes double monitoring measures of settlement of cast-in-place pile by using red,yellow and green measuring vertical bar and digital display scale,and achieves the purpose of dynamic monitoring.This technology effectively solves the difficult monitoring problem of concrete loss process after pile forming in karst area,enables the construction personnel to find out and take countermeasures in time,avoids the risk of second entry of pile machine in later period caused by the subsidence of pile top elevation without knowing,and ensures the construction quality.
