Li Bai and Lushan Mountain

李白一生漫游名山大川,登览次数最多的是庐山。从开元十三年(725)二十五岁第一次游览庐山,到乾元二年(759)六十岁最后一次登上庐山,期间共四次,足见庐山对李白的影响之大。李白现存留有关庐山诗歌四十馀首,全面描绘了庐山雄伟壮观的山水景色,很多景点的出名与其诗歌密切相关。同时,这些诗歌中透露出李白从青年、中年到老年各个时期的内心世界和精神面貌。李白描写庐山的诗歌虽不算多,但在文学史上影响很大,有些诗篇在宋以后的影响力超过同时期的诗人,有些庐山的典故是从李白诗歌中开始的,是研究庐山文化的形成的重要资料。

Li Bai roamed the famous mountains and great rivers all his life,and the Lushan Mountain was visited the most times.From visitingLushan Mountain for the first time at the age of 25 in the 13th year of Kaiyuan(726)to climbing it for the last time at the age of 60 in the 2nd year of Qianyuan(759),there were four times,which shows the great influence of Lushan Mountain on Li Bai.The purpose of Li Bai's four visits to Lushan Mountain is different,and the mentality and thoughts reflected in Lushan's poetry and the prose creation are also different from each time.There are more than forty poems about Lushan Mountain left by Li Bai,which comprehensively depict the magnificent scenery of Lushan Mountain,and many scenic spots are closely related to his poems.At the same time,these poems reveal the contradictions and confusion of Li Bai's thoughts from youth,middle age to old age,which is a true reflection of his inner world in different periods.The same scenic spots show different features in different periods,which can reveal Li Bai's complex and changeable spiritual outlook.Li Bai's poems which describeLushan Mountain are not many,but they have great influence in the history of literature,and some of them were accepted more than the poets of the same period in the Song Dynasty.Some allusions of Lushan Mountain began from Li Bai's poems,which is of great significance to the understanding of the formation of Lushan culture.
