基于计算档案学思维的“单轨制”管理模式实现机理分析

通过“单轨制”实施的相关政策分析和计算档案学思维分析,本文提出了基于计算档案学思维的“单轨制”过程控制模式,包括建设档案数据中台和建立“单轨制”控制流程及其运行方式,分析了业务系统数据表单与签章审批、元数据标准、“四性”检测策略等方面的设计方法与控制流程构建的一般原理。

Through the analysis of relevant policies for the implementation of the‘single track system’and the computational archival thinking,this paper proposes a‘single track system’process control mode based on the computational archival thinking,including the construction of an archive data center and the establishment of a‘single track system’control process and its operation mode.And this paper also analyzes the general principles of design and control process construction,mainly in business system data forms and signature approval,metadata standards,and‘Four attributes’detection strategies.
