档案事业发展与国民经济和社会发展水平相适应的调查分析与对策

新发展阶段,档案事业对国民经济和社会发展的基础性、支撑性作用更加显著。本文梳理了档案事业与国民经济和社会发展相适应的内在逻辑和演变过程,分析了面临的形势和存在的不足,从完善档案法规政策、丰富健全档案资源体系、加快档案数字化建设、加大财政投入力度、提高档案使用效能等方面,研究提出了推动档案事业建设发展与国民经济和社会发展水平相适应的对策建议。

In the new stage of development, archives play a more significant role in the foundation and support of national economy and economic development. In this paper, the internal logic and evolution process of archival undertakings in line with national economic and social development are sorted out, and the situation and shortcomings are analyzed. From the aspects of perfecting archival regulations and policies, enriching and perfecting the archival resource system, accelerating the construction of archival digitization, increasing financial input and improving the efficiency of archival use, etc. this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of archives construction to adapt to the level of national economy and social development.
