Research on the Integration of Social Work Concept into“One-Stop”Student Community Construction

“一站式”学生社区建设是基层社会治理创新理念在高校的落地和体现,也是高校创新内部治理体系的新载体。立足“人在情境中”的理论视角,当前高职院校内“一站式”学生社区在“管理主体”“教育阵地”“管理合力”等方面存在建设困境。应通过充分发挥党建引领作用、打造实体与虚拟相结合的智慧环境、着力发挥育人协同效应等建设路径,促进“一站式”学生社区综合育人功能的有效发挥,推动“三全育人”格局落到实处。

The“one-stop”student community construction is the implementation and embodiment of the innovative concept of grassroots social governance in colleges and universities,and it is also a new carrier for colleges and universities to innovate the internal governance system.Based on the theoretical perspective of“people in the situation”,the current“one-stop”student community in higher vocational colleges has difficulties in the construction of“management subjects”,“educational positions”,and“management synergy”.By giving full play to the leading role of Party building,creating a smart environment combining physical and virtual,and exerting efforts to develop the synergistic effect of educating people,we should promote the effective play of the comprehensive education function of the“one-stop”student community,and promote the“three aspects of education”to be put into practice.
