川西地区典型县域国土空间生态修复规划案例研究

Case Study on Ecological Restoration Planning of Typical County Territory in Western Sichuan

以县域国土空间总体规划为背景,以“国土空间要素”和“主导功能分区”为基础,采用自然分界法和关键指标法对川西地区典型县域国土空间生态修复规划进行了初步探究。从国土空间的角度划分了生态修复规划分区,确定了多个生态修复重点区域,并以各重点区域的突出生态问题,设置生态修复工程项目,最终按照精细化方式落地实施和管控。文章可为县域生态修复规划,尤其是生态-农业并重的西部县域生态修复规划编制和实施提供一定的参考。

Based on the overall planning of county land space,this paper uses the natural boundary method and key index method to preliminary explore the ecological restoration planning of typical county land space in Western Sichuanand on the basis of“land space elements”and“leading function zoning”.From the perspective of land space,the ecological restoration planning was divided into zones,and a number of key areas for ecological restoration were determined.With the outstanding ecological problems in each key area,ecological restoration projects were set up,and finally implemented and controlled in a refined way.This paper can provide reference for the preparation and implementation of county ecological restoration planning,especially the Western County Ecological Restoration Planning with emphasis on ecology and agriculture.
