HIRF条件下机载电子设备屏蔽性能研究

摘要 机载电子设备在飞机飞行中容易受到高强度辐射场(HIRF)的干扰,设备壳体电磁屏蔽性能的好坏关系到其功能的发挥和飞行安全。本文采用平面波辐照的方式模拟HIRF环境,并以某机载电子设备为研究对象开展仿真试验。建立模型以后,首先,从时域和频域的角度测试得到了设备内部中心线探针上的电场强度,结果符合电磁波传播规律和谐振腔理论;然后,通过计算得出了探针处的屏蔽效能曲线,分析了屏蔽效能与入射面板以及HIRF频率的关系;最后,通过设备表面的电场强度分布情况进一步验证了屏蔽性能的规律。所得结论对机载电子设备屏蔽体的设计和HIRF防护具有一定的理论和实际意义。 Airborne electronic equipment is easily disturbed by High Intensity Radiation Field(HIRF)in flight.In order to study the electromagnetic shielding performance of the equipment shell which is related to its function and flight safety the simulation test is carried out on an airborne electronic equipment by plane wave irradiation to simulate HIRF environment.After the model is established the electric field intensity on the centerline probe inside the equipment is measured from time domain and frequency domain firstly and the results are in accordance with the law of electromagnetic wave propagation and resonant cavity theory.Secondly the Shielding Effectiveness(SE)curve is obtained by calculation,and the relationship between shielding effectiveness and incident panel as well as HIRF frequency is analyzed.Finally the law of shielding performance is further verified by the distribution of electric field intensity on the surface of equipment.The conclusion has certain theoretical and practical significance for both the shielding design and HIRF protection.
