摘要 随着盘扣式支架系统的兴起和普及,因其材料强度高,直径大,搭拆方便;由于维护少,人工成本低,逐渐在施工领域占有很大的比重。承插盘扣架在使用过程中跨度及步距为定型尺寸,与传统的扣件式钢管架相比,适用范围的灵活性受到一定的制约,以实际工程为例,在介绍承插盘扣架体基本情况的基础上,针对其施工工艺要点进行了详细的论述,希望能够为该项技术的推广作出贡献。 With the rise and popularization of the disc buckle bracket system,it is convenient for its high material strength,large diameter and easy to disassemble;Due to the lack of maintenance and low labor costs,it gradually occupies a large proportion in the construction field.Insert disc gusset frame in the process of use span and step distance for the stereotyped size,compared with the traditional fastener type steel pipe frame,the flexibility of the scope of application is subject to certain constraints,this article to the actual project as an example,in the introduction of the basic situation of the insert disc gusset frame body,for its construction process points have been discussed in detail,hoping to contribute to the promotion of this technology.
