摘要
目前,装配式混凝土桥墩的施工工艺已经相对成熟,可以在保证质量的前提下有效缩短工期,提高施工效率。但是该施工工艺不适用于束筋连接,而且对静力性能要求较高,在套筒灌浆饱满度的检测上比较困难。通过阐述灌浆套筒技术,分析基于灌浆套筒式的装配式钢筋混凝土桥墩施工工艺,并以某市绕城高速的高架桥为例验证该技术实施的高效性。
At present,the construction technology of prefabricated concrete pier has been relatively mature,which can effectively shorten the construction period and improve the construction efficiency on the premise of ensuring the quality.However,this construction technology is not suitable for tendon connection,and has high requirements for static performance,so it is difficult to detect the plumpness of sleeve grouting.The purpose of this paper is to illustrate the grouting sleeve technology,analyze the construction technology of prefabricated reinforced concrete pier based on grouting sleeve,and take the viaduct of a city ring expressway as an example to verify the efficiency of the implementation of this technology.
