摘要
针对扶壁式高薄壁墙体钢筋安装施工过程中存在的操作难度较大、安装速度较慢、钢筋网易发生变形等问题,以某大型干船坞工程为例,对扶壁式坞墙钢筋快速安装方法进行说明。提供了一种通过设计并应用整体式钢结构操作平台以实现高效、便捷地进行扶壁式高墙钢筋安装作业的施工方法,成功达到了降低施工难度、加快安装速度,提高已安装钢筋自稳性的目的。
Aiming at the problems of difficult operation,slow installation speed and easy deformation of reinforcement mesh in the installation and construction of buttress high and thin wall reinforcement,this paper takes a large dry dock project as an example to explain the rapid installation method of buttress dock wall reinforcement.This paper provides a construction method to realize the installation of buttress high wall reinforcement efficiently and conveniently by designing and applying the integral steel structure operation platform,which successfully achieves the purpose of reducing the construction difficulty,accelerating the installation speed,and improving the self stability of the installed reinforcement.
