在中国式教育现代化战略指引下,大力推进全民终身学习,建设学习型大国,是我国进入新时代教育改革发展的重大课题。着眼于提高对中国式现代化的思想认识和理论自觉,把教育现代化置于中国式现代化全局中考察;把推进教育现代化和区域现代化发展结合起来开展实践探索。坚持以科学理论为指导,加大成人继续教育发展力度;明晰全民终身学习体系基本架构及要点,推进全民终身学习体系建设;探索数字化转型,引领终身教育治理创新。

Under the guidance of the Chinese education modernization strategy, vigorously promoting lifelong learning for all and building a learning nation is a major issue for China’s education reform and development in the new era. This study believes that we should focus on improving the ideological understanding and theoretical consciousness of Chinese modernization, placing education modernization in the overall situation, and combining the promotion of education modernization and regional modernization development. In addition, we should insist on the guidance of scientific theory, promoting the development of adult continuing education, clarifying the essential framework points of the lifelong learning system, highlighting the construction of a lifelong learning system, and exploring digitalization of education, advancing the innovation of lifelong educational governance.
