职普协调发展的概念释义、价值澄明与实现路径 被引量:4

摘要 推动职普协调发展是完善我国现代职业教育体系的重要举措。深刻理解“协调发展”的丰富内涵,可以从唯物辩证法的角度出发,把握职普关系的“三性”,即矛盾性、整体性与平衡性。在此基础上,从“回归教育本真,推进个体全面发展;缓解学业焦虑,构建良好教育生态;创新教育模式,提振职教发展后劲”三大维度体认职普协调发展的特殊意义,进而精准把握其价值意涵。在推进职普协调发展的道路上,绝非一蹴而就,而是需要借助顶层设计的深化改革、教育实践范式的升级创新、公众舆论的正确引导来实现。 Promoting the coordinated development of vocational education and general education is an important measure to improve our modern vocational education system. To deeply understand the connotation of coordinated development, we can grasp the three characteristics of the relationship between vocational education and general education from the perspective of dialectical materialism : contradiction, wholeness and balance. On this basis, this paper proposes that the special significance of the coordinated development of vocational education and general education can be interpreted from three dimensions, and then precisely grasp its value connotation:firstly, returning to the essence of education and promoting individual comprehensive development;secondly,alleviating academic anxiety and building a sound education ecology;thirdly, innovating education models and boosting the development of vocational education. In the process of promoting the coordinated development of vocational education and general education, it is not achieved overnight, but needs to be realized through the deepening reform of the top-level design, the upgrading and innovation of the educational practice paradigm, and the correct guidance of public opinion.
