摘要 人工智能是推动技术技能人才工作模式变革的核心驱动力,如果对人工智能技术不加限制地滥用,极有可能逾越传统人与技术稳定关系的界限,使技术技能人才被人工智能技术反向驯化,沦为智能机器的“看管者”。在斯蒂格勒技术哲学观下,人工智能技术在对技术技能人才增值赋能的同时,也将人与技术的关系从“代具”异变成“代替”,导致技术技能人才陷入技术技能无产阶级化、数字化系统性愚昧、职业道德弱化等发展困境。要破解这些困境,职业教育必须培养技术技能人才终身学习能力,发展其创造性思维,培育其职业道德素养,从而化解人工智能技术的反向驯化风险。 Artificial Intelligence is a core driving force for the change of technical skilled talents’ working mode. Suppose AI technology is abused without restrictions. In that case, it is very likely to cross the boundary of the traditional stable relationship between humans and technology, making technical skilled talents domesticated by AI technology and reduced to the "caretaker" of intelligent machines. Under Stigler’s philosophical view of technology, while AI technology adds value to technical skilled talents, it also changes the relationship between humans and technology from "substitution" to "substitution", leading to the proletarianization and the systematic digitalization of technical skilled talents, and the weakening of professional ethics. To overcome these dilemmas,vocational education must cultivate the lifelong learning ability of technical skilled talents, develop their creative thinking, and cultivate their professional ethics, so as to solve the risk of reverse domestication of AI technology.
