口腔种植修复联合替硝唑对慢性牙周炎的治疗效果及对CAL、SBI的影响

Effects of the oral implant and repair technique combined with tinidazole on chronic periodontitis,CAL and SBI

目的:探究口腔种植修复技术联合替硝唑治疗慢性牙周炎的临床效果,分析其对临床附着丧失(CAL)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)水平的影响。方法:将100例慢性牙周炎患者(共160颗患牙),随机分为对照组50例(患牙70颗),观察组50例(患牙90颗),两组均予以口腔种植修复技术治疗,观察组在此基础加用替硝唑治疗,对比两组临床疗效、牙周状态指标变化、龈沟液的炎性指标变化。结果:观察组的总有效率、种植成功率高于对照组;白介素-2、白介素-8、CAL、SBI水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在慢性牙周炎临床治疗中,联用口腔种植修复技术与替硝唑,可提升疗效与安全性,有一定推荐价值。

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of oral implant prosthesis combined with tinidazole in the treatment of chronic periodontitis and to analyze its effect on clinical attachment level and sulcus bleeding index.Methods:One hundred patients with chronic periodontitis(160 affected teeth in total)were randomly divided into a control group(50 cases,70affected teeth)and an observation group(50 cases,90 affected teeth).The control group was treated with oral implant prosthesis while the observation group was treated with tinidazole besides oral implants prosthesis.The clinical efficacy,the changes in periodontal state indicators and the inflammatory indicators of gingival sulcus fluid were compared between the two groups.Results:The clinical efficacy and planting success rate were higher and the levels of interleukin-2,interleukin-8,CAL and SBI were lower in the observation group than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of oral implant prosthetic technology with tinidazole for the clinical treatment of chronic periodontitis can improve efficacy and safety and has a certain value of recommendation use.
