桂枝茯苓丸加减联合米非司酮对子宫肌瘤患者VEGF-C水平及免疫功能影响的研究

Efficacy of Guizhi Fuling pill combined with mifepristone on the level of VEGF-C and immune function in patients with uterine leiomyoma

目的:探讨桂枝茯苓丸加减方联合米非司酮对子宫肌瘤患者血管内皮生长因子C(VEGF-C)表达和免疫功能的影响。方法:将132例子宫肌瘤患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各66例。对照组采用米非司酮治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合桂枝茯苓丸加减方(大剂量黄芪)进行治疗,比较两组疗效、VEGF-C水平及免疫功能的改善情况。结果:观察组总有效率、T淋巴细胞亚群(CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)和CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))和白细胞计数高于对照组;VEGF-C的表达水平和激素水平(血清促卵泡刺激素、黄体生成素、孕酮)低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:桂枝茯苓丸加减联合米非司酮能有效改善子宫肌瘤患者免疫功能和VEGF-C的表达水平,具有一定的应用价值。

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of Guizhi Fuling Pill addition/subtraction formula combined with mifepristone on the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor C(VEGF-C)and the immune function in patients with uterine fibroids.Methods:One hundred and thirty-two patients with uterine fibroids were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group with 66 cases each.The control group was treated with mifepristone while the observation group was treated with Guizhi Fuling Pill addition/subtraction formula(large dose of astragalus)besides mifepristone.The clinical efficacy,the VEGF-C level and immune function were compared between the two groups.Results:The clinical efficacy,T lymphocyte subsets(CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))and the white blood cell count were higher,and the level of VEGF-C,hormone levels(serum follicle stimulating hormone,luteinizing hormone,progesterone)were lower in the observation group than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Guizhi Fuling Pill combined with mifepristone can effectively improve the immune function and the level of VEGF-C in patients with uterine leiomyoma and has a certain application value.
