姜黄改善神经退行性疾病的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 随着全球老龄化趋势加剧,神经退行性疾病发病率不断升高,且由于其发病机制不明确,缺少有效的治疗药物,严重增加社会、家庭的经济压力及医疗负担。研究证实姜黄对神经退行性疾病有显著疗效,其主要通过抑制淀粉样蛋白沉积、抗氧化、神经保护、抗炎作用,在阿尔茨海默病、帕金森病、癫痫等神经退行性疾病的治疗中起着重要作用。本文综述了姜黄活性成分在神经退行性疾病的治疗作用及机制,为开发改善神经退行性疾病的姜黄药物及功能食品提供参考。 The incidence of neurodegenerative diseases continues to increase with the global aging trend intensifies,which will seriously increase the economic pressure and medical burden on society and families due to the unclear pathogenesis and the lack of effective therapeutic drugs. A large number of studies have confirmed that turmeric(Curcuma longa L.) has a good effect on improving the symptoms of neurodegenerative diseases and it mainly plays an important role in neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease and epilepsy by inhibiting amyloid deposition, antioxidant,neuroprotective and anti-inflammatory effects. This article reviews the therapeutic effects and mechanisms of active turmeric ingredients in neurodegenerative diseases and provides reference for the development of turmeric drugs and functional foods for improving neurodegenerative diseases.
