摘要
在高压电器行业中,将红外漫反射光电传感器用于壳体清洗设备时,会出现感应信号不稳定、干燥效率低的情况。为此,笔者展开相关试验研究,分析物体表面粗糙度、传感器光源方向与物体表面夹角、传感器功率及信号接收距离等因素产生的影响,并得出一定传感器功率下,信号接收距离、接收到信号的光源方向与物体表面夹角随粗糙度变化的规律。本研究对红外线在粗糙度检测方面的应用进行积极的探索和实践,为提高高压电器的自动化制造水平提供一定的技术支撑。
In the high-voltage electrical industry,the infrared diffuse reflection photoelectric sensor used in shell cleaning equipment,there will be induced signal instability,low drying efficiency.For this reason,the author carried out relevant experimental research to the influence of the surface roughness,the angle between the light source direction of the sensor and the surface of the object,the power of the sensor and the receiving distance of the signal are analyzed,and the variation law of the receiving distance of the signal,the angle between the light source direction of the received signal and the surface of the object with the roughness is obtained under certain sensor power.This study actively explores and practices the application of infrared ray in roughness detection,and provides some technical support for improving the automatic manufacturing level of high-voltage electrical appliances.
