摘要
为了更加科学地对煤矿采空区煤层气(瓦斯)进行开采,通过对煤矿采空区瓦斯抽采井钻井、完井工艺进行优化研究,提出符合实际情况的三开井身结构、合理的钻(完)井工艺和施工设备优化配置方案;通过对比研究,选择适用于采空区瓦斯抽采井钻井各个阶段的循环介质;通过计算,选择符合实际的空气钻井最小注气量标准;通过对气体钻井井筒压力计算,给出了井筒环空和钻柱内气体压力和流速的变化规律;并将研究的部分成果应用于现场试验,获取了有益的施工经验,对类似穿越煤层采空区的钻井施工具有参考价值。
In order to mining the coalbed methane(gas)in the goaf more scientifically,through optimization studying the drilling and completion technology of gas extraction wells in coal mine goaf,we proposed tertiary wellbore structure、reasonable drilling(completion)technology,optimized configuration scheme of construction equipment,which is according with the ture condition.Through comparative study,the circulating medium suitable for each stage of gas extraction well drilling in goaf is selected.Through calculation,the minimum gas injection standard according to the actual situation for air drilling is selected.By calculating the wellbore pressure of gas drilling,the variation laws of gas pressure and flow velocity in the wellbore annulus and drill string are given.By applying some of the study results to the field test,we gained beneficial construction experience,which could be used as a reference for similar drilling operations through coal seam goaf.
