摘要
科研数据是学者们在进行科学研究时所查阅和获取的核心资源,在开放科学背景下,高校图书馆开展科研数据治理工作具有重要意义。本研究从开放科学的内涵及作用出发,分析了科研数据治理的含义和特点,探讨了高校图书馆科研数据治理的优势及意义,并基于开放科学的背景对高校图书馆科研数据治理的路径进行了探析,提出贯彻落实制度并制定整体规划、提升馆内人员数据意识与职能意识、建立并整合数据治理平台等相关策略。
Scientific research data is the core resource that scholars consult and obtain when conducting scientific research.Under the background of open science,it is of great significance for university libraries to carry out scientific research data governance.Starting from the connotation and function of open science,this study analyzes the meaning and characteristics of scientific research data governance,probes into the advantages and significance of scientific research data governance of university libraries,and probes into the path of scientific research data governance of university libraries based on the background of open science.Put forward relevant strategies such as implementing the system and formulating the overall plan,improving the data awareness and function awareness of the staff in the library,and establishing and integrating the data governance platform.
