摘要
雌激素水平与精神疾病病理生理过程关系密切,而小胶质细胞引发的神经炎症在精神疾病的病理生理机制中发挥重要作用。雌激素可通过与雌激素受体结合、影响大脑神经递质的释放与再摄取,影响HPA轴、抗炎作用等在抑郁症中发挥保护作用。
Changes in estrogen levels are closely related to the pathophysiological process of psychiatric diseases,and neuroinflammation induced by microglia plays an important role in the pathophysiological mechanisms of psychiatric diseases.The central nervous system has the ability to synthesize neurosteroids de novo as well as metabolize circulating steroids,and its synthesis may be affected by neuroinflammation,which in turn can modulate neuroinflammation.This paper reviews the physiological role of estrogen,the interaction between the pathogenesis of major depression and neuroinflammation,and describes the molecular mechanisms involved in estrogen in neuroinflammation in depression.
