摘要
为准确评定气象湿度传感器测量结果不确定度,使用湿度发生器作为湿度源、精密露点仪作为标准器,对气象业务使用的HMP155A型温湿度传感器进行了测量。采用饱和水蒸气计算相对湿度的方法,将相对湿度作为计算量值参与不确定度的评定,并给出了具体评定方法及步骤。评定结果表明,在20℃、30~95%RH条件下,测量结果的扩展不确定度为1.92%RH(k=2),符合气象业务对湿度测量传感器的技术指标要求。此评定方法有别于之前的湿度不确定度计算,创新性地直接引用露点仪的量值溯源温度量值参与不确定度评定,其结果更接近标准器的计量真值。该方法可对气象、水文、农业、航空等领域的湿度不确定度评定提供借鉴,也可为其他项目如温度、气压、风速等不确定度评定提供参考。
To accurately assess the uncertainty of the measurement results of meteorological humidity sensors, the HMP155 A type temperature and humidity sensor used in meteorological operations is measured using a humidity generator as the humidity source and a precision dew point meter as the standard. The method of calculating the relative humidity using saturated water vapor is used to assess the uncertainty of the relative humidity as a calculated value, and the specific assessment methods and procedures are given.The evaluation results show that the extended uncertainty of the measurement results at 20 ℃ and 30~95%RH is 1.92%RH(k=2), which meets the technical requirements of humidity measurement sensors for meteorological operations. This method differs from previous humidity uncertainty calculations by directly quoting the traceable temperature value of the dew point meter to assess the uncertainty, which is closer to the true value of the standard. The method can be used as a reference for humidity uncertainty assessment in the fields of meteorology, hydrology, agriculture and aviation, as well as for other items such as temperature, barometric pressure and wind speed.
