摘要 为解决模拟电路核仪控自动测试设备接口通用性差、体积巨大、难以实现小型化的难题,对核仪控自动测试设备接口模块的应用情况进行研究分析。基于总线式开关阵列排布的设计思路,提出了一种通过统一接口适配不同卡件的通用自适应接口设计方法。通过创新的开关排列方式与级联锁存驱动的输入/输出(I/O)接口扩展方式,有效地减少了开关矩阵规模,实现了自适应接口的小型化设计。同时,通过开关矩阵的切换与卡件特征点识别的设计,实现了自适应接口对测试卡件的自动安全识别。该设计极大地提升了核仪控自动测试设备的集成度,降低了设备体积,提高了安全性,实现了自动测试设备的小型化便携设计。 To solve the problems of poor versatility, huge size, and difficulty in miniaturization of the interface of nuclear instrumentation and control automatic test equipment for analogue circuits, the application of the interface module for nuclear instrumentation and control automatic test equipment is studied and analyzed. Based on the design idea of bus-type switch array arrangement, a universal adaptive interface design method is proposed to adapt different cards through a unified interface. Through an innovative switch arrangement and cascaded latch-driven input/output(I/O) port expansion, the switch matrix size is effectively reduced, and the miniaturized design of the adaptive interface is realized. At the same time, the switch matrix switching and card feature identification design enables the adaptive interface to identify test cards automatically and safely. The design greatly enhances the integration of the nuclear instrumentation and control automatic test equipment, reduces the size of the equipment, improves safety, and realizes a miniaturized and portable design of the automatic test equipment.
