摘要
针对传统的步进电机控制系统功能单一、显示不直观或有特定的微控制器无法二次开发的问题,提出了以IAP15单片机为控制器,结合步进电机驱动器、按键电路、有机发光二极管(OLED)电路及两相步进电机实现对步进电机控制系统的软硬件设计。该系统具备步进电机的启停、加减速、转向调节及位置控制功能;具备通过对步进电机驱动器细分的设置实现精确定位的功能;具备步进电机转速、转向、驱动脉冲频率、位置及工作状态的实时显示功能。软件采用主程序调用子程序的形式编写,方便程序的维护与升级。试验证明,该系统具有对步进电机工作方式调节方便、显示直观及工作性能稳定等优点,对于以步进电机为驱动对象的丝杆滑台、机械臂等设备的调速、定位及功能扩展有一定的借鉴作用。
For the traditional stepper motor control system with single function, unintuitive display or specific microcontroller cannot be developed, the proposed IAP15 microcontroller as the controller, combined with stepper motor driver, button circuit, organic light-emitting diode(OLED) circuit and two-phase stepper motor to achieve the hardware and software design of the stepper motor control system. The system has the functions of starting and stopping, acceleration and deceleration, steering adjustment, and position control of stepper motor. It has the function of precise positioning by setting the subdivision of stepper motor driver. It has the function of real-time display of stepper motor speed, steering, driving pulse frequency, position and working status. The software is written in the form of main program calling subroutines, which is convenient for program maintenance and upgrading. The test proves that the system has the advantages of easy adjustment of stepper motor working mode, intuitive display, and stable working performance, etc., which has certain reference for the speed regulation, positioning and function expansion of the equipment such as screw sliding table and robot arm driven by stepper motor.
