智能干选机在骆驼山洗煤厂应用研究 被引量:6

摘要 目前,洗煤厂选前预排矸系统仍较多采用人工手选。为解决人工手选存在的工人劳动强度大、工作环境差、矸石拣出率低、后续洗选成本高等问题,需采用高效的机械排矸设备代替人工手选。经过对国内外选煤设备使用现状的调查,以及对可用设备的技术、经济进行比较,决定采用国内近几年研发成功并推广应用的新型装备智能干选机(TDS)对人工手选进行改造。采集骆驼山洗煤厂煤样进行半工业试验,结果显示,该厂原煤经过TDS分选排矸效率高、分选精度高,且采用“X射线+电荷耦合器件(CCD)图像”双源识别比采用“X射线”单源识别的精度更高。改造应用研究包括确认原则工艺流程、主要工艺设备选型、改造布置等。通过改造应用研究,说明了TDS智能干选系统简洁,改造工程量小,方案实施可行。经过应用效益分析,TDS投用后可有效提高经济效益。 At present, the pre-selection gangue discharge system of washing plant still uses more manual hand-selection. To solve the problem of manual hand-selecteion workers’ labor intensity, poor working environment, low gangue picking rate and high cost of subsequent washing, efficient mechanical gangue discharge equipment needs to be used instead of manual hand-selected. After the investigation of the current situation of coal separation equipment at home and abroad, as well as the technical and economic comparison of the available equipment, decided to use the new equipment successfully developed and promoted in recent years, telligent dry separator(TDS) to reform the manual hand-selection. Collect coal samples from Luotuoshan coal washing plant for semi-industrial test, and the results show that the plant block of raw coal through the TDS sorting gangue high efficiency, high sorting accuracy, and the use of "X-ray + charge coupled device(CCD) image" dual source identification than the use of "X-ray" single source identification higher accuracy. The transformation application study includes confirming the principal process flow, main process equipment selection, transformation layout, etc. Through the transformation application study, it shows that the TDS intelligent dry selection system is simple, the transformation engineering volume is small, and the program implementation is feasible. After the application benefit analysis, TDS can effectively improve the economic benefits after it is put into use.
