我国发热门诊分级规划设计模式探讨

Discussion on the Hierarchical Planning and Design Mode of Fever Clinics in China

分析了目前我国各级各类医疗机构中发热门诊建设定位不明、分区流线混乱、功能配置不清等现状问题,通过梳理现有政策要求、调研各地建设情况,提出了我国医疗机构中的发热门诊分级分类设置的思路—根据各级医院的医疗资源基础及其覆盖的就诊人群,从定位、规模到功能配置等方面确定不同级别的发热门诊建设方案。

This paper analyzes the current problems of unclear positioning,chaotic zoning streamline,and unclear function configuration in the construction of fever clinics at all levels and types of medical institutions in China,and puts forward the idea of grading and categorizing of fever clinics in medical institutions in China by sorting out the existing policy requirements and investigating the construction situation in various places,according to the medical resource base of hospitals at all levels and the population they cover,determine the construction plans of different levels of fever clinics from the aspects of positioning,scale and functional configuration.
