Design and Application of Hospital Logistics Maintenance Reporting Platform Based on WeChat Applet

采用访谈法调查了解后勤维修人员、临床医护人员、行政管理人员的需求及意见;根据调查结果设计了基于微信小程序的后勤报修平台;以用户体验为中心,设计调查问卷,开展用户满意度调查,了解平台的可用性。结果表明:平台界面友好,功能模块较为清晰,使用体验较好。对于平台存在的一些问题,可进一步改进,以提高用户体验。

The interview method is used to investigate the needs and opinions of logistics maintenance personnel, clinical medical staff, and administrative personnel;according to the survey results, a logistics maintenance reporting platform based on We Chat applet is designed;focusing on user experience, a questionnaire is designed to carry out user satisfaction survey to know the usability of the platform. The results show that the platform interface is friendly, the function modules are clear, and the user experience is good. For the problems existing in the platform, further improvements can be made to improve the user experience.
