摘要 药物传递系统面临载药率低、药物突释等问题,开发新型的药物传递系统具有重要的意义.静电纺丝制备的纳米纤维膜具有比表面积大、孔隙率高等优点,被广泛用于组织工程、食品保鲜、化妆品和药物传递等领域.基于聚乳酸的静电纺丝纳米纤维膜结合了纳米纤维的结构优势和聚乳酸的生物相容性、生物降解性,在药物传递系统中具有巨大的应用前景.文章总结静电纺丝纳米纤维膜负载药物的方法、基于聚乳酸的静电纺丝纳米纤维膜及其在药物传递系统中的应用,以期对以聚乳酸为基材的静电纺丝纳米纤维膜在药物传递的研究开发提供一定参考. Drug delivery system is facing the problems of low drug loading rates and sudden drug release. It is of great significance to develop a new drug delivery system. Nanofiber membranes prepared by electrospinning have the advantages of large specific surface area and high porosity which are widely used in tissue engineering, food preservation, cosmetics, drug delivery and other fields. The electrospun nanofiber membrane based on polylactic acid combines the structural advantages of nanofibers with the biocompatibility and biodegradability of polylactic acid which has great application prospects in drug delivery systems. This paper summarizes the drug loading method of electrospun nanofiber membrane, the electrospun nanofiber membrane based on polylactic acid and its application in drug delivery system, in order to provide some reference for the research and development of electrospun nanofiber membrane based on polylactic acid in drug delivery.
