摘要
以甘肃省甘南藏族自治州的蕨麻作为本实验的研究材料,用超声波清洗机辅助提取蕨麻的总黄酮,探究了超声时间、功率级别、溶剂乙醇浓度、超声温度以及料液比5个单因素对总黄酮提取率的影响,并采用响应面法对蕨麻总黄酮提取的工艺条件进行优化.试验结果表明,甘南蕨麻总黄酮最佳提取工艺条件为:料液比1∶30,提取时间30 min, 50%乙醇浓度,32℃提取温度,2级功率,在此条件下,蕨麻总黄酮的提取量最高,为4.217 mg/g.
With fern hemp of Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Gansu province as the research materials of this experiment, the fern hemp were extracted with ultrasonic cleaning machine auxiliary flavonoids to explore the ultrasonic time and power level, the solvent of ethanol concentration, ultrasonic temperature and solid-liquid ratio 5 single factor influence on the extraction yield of total flavonoids, and the response surface method is used to optimize the fern hemp of flavone extraction process conditions. The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were as follows: solid-liquid ratio 1:30, extraction time 30 min, 50% ethanol concentration, 32 ℃ extraction temperature, and second stage power. Under these conditions, the extraction amount of total flavonoids of Potentilla Anserina Gannan was the highest, 4.217 mg/g.
