22种中药多糖对猪源大肠杆菌的体外抑菌活性研究

摘要 为了测定22种中药多糖对绵阳某区致病性大肠杆菌的体外抗菌活性,采用超声波法提取、牛津杯和二倍稀释法测定其结果.结果表明,地榆和黄芩两种中药对猪源大肠杆菌有较强的抑菌活性,抑菌圈均在20 mm以上,其最低抑菌浓度(MIC)和最低杀菌浓度(MBC)都为7.8 mg/mL;9个复方提取物的体外抑菌结果表明,以黄芩、地榆、大黄和虎杖等中药为主的复方对猪源大肠杆菌具有良好的抑菌活效果,其最大抑菌圈直径达27.4 mm, MIC和MBC为3.9 mg/mL,表明它们在抗菌消炎方面具有较高的药用开发价值,在中药组方中可优先考虑. In order to determine the antibacterial activity of 22 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine polysaccharides, ultrasonic assisted extraction, Oxford cup and double dilution method were used.The results were determined by Oxford cup and double dilution method. The results showed that Sanguisorba officinalis and Scutellariabaicalensis had strong antibacterial effect against porcine Escherichia coli, the antibacterial circle was above 20 mm, and the minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC) and minimum bactericidal concentration(MBC) were 7.8 mg/mL;The in vitro bacteriostatic results of 9 compound extracts showed that the compounds mainly composed of Scutellariabaicalensis, Sanguisorba officinalis, rhubarb and Polygonum cuspidatus had good bacteriostatic activity against porcine Escherichia coli. The maximum bacteriostatic circle diameter was 27.4 mm and MIC and MBC were 3.9 mg/mL, indicating that they had high medicinal development value in antibacterial and anti-inflammatory aspects, which could be given priority in the formulation of traditional Chinese medicine.
