摘要
目的:分析F-MARC IPPs热身练习在预防足球运动员下肢损伤方面的干预效果(以膝关节和踝关节为例),通过Meta分析提出最佳干预方案.方法:纳入13篇文献,采用RevMan5.4软件进行统计分析,并对热身方案、干预周期和干预频率进行亚组分析.结果:Meta分析显示,F-MARC IPPs不仅显著降低足球运动员膝关节损伤的发生[RR=0.63,95%CI(0.54,0.74),P<0.000 01],而且在预防踝关节运动损伤方面具有积极作用[RR=0.71,95%CI(0.62,0.81),P<0.000 01].亚组分析表明,FIFA11+热身方案取得的效果比FIFA11效果显著,对预防运动损伤的效果更加明显.干预周期6~8个月,每周1~2次的干预方案对预防损伤效果最佳.结论:FIFA11+热身练习,干预周期6~8个月,每周1~2次训练,在预防运动员下肢损伤方面为最佳干预方案.
Objective: to analyze the intervention effect of F-MARC IPPs warm-up exercise on preventing lower limb injury of football players(taking knee joint and ankle joint as examples), and to propose the best intervention scheme through meta-analysis. Methods: 13 literatures were included, and statistical analysis was carried out with RevMan5.4 software, and subgroup analysis was carried out on warm-up program, intervention cycle and intervention frequency. Results: Meta analysis showed that F-MARC IPPs not only significantly reduced the incidence of knee joint injury of football players [RR = 0.63, 95% CI(0.54, 0.74), P< 0.000 01], but also played a positive role in preventing ankle joint sports injury [RR = 0.71, 95% CI(0.62, 0.81), P< 0.000 01]. Subgroup analysis shows that the FIFA11 + warm-up program has a more significant effect than FIFA11, and is more effective in preventing sports injuries. The intervention period is 6-8 months, and the intervention scheme of 1-2 times a week is the best for preventing injury. Conclusion: FIFA11 + warm-up exercise, with an intervention period of 6-8 months and 1-2 training sessions per week, is the best intervention plan in preventing athletes’ lower limb injury.
