浅谈本地高清编转码系统建设和传输改造方案

为响应浙江省数字化改革的号角,对宁波地区数字有线电视用户进行标清节目体验度,以及省内地市级广播电视高清化落地情况的调查,发现现有传统标清节目播出系统已不能满足用户需求。以宁波地区的实际情况,根据广电行业标准和本地用户的实际需求,对宁波本地的7套电视节目高清化系统进行升级改造,以满足用户对高清电视节目的需求。

In response to the clarion call of digital reform in Zhejiang Province,a survey was conducted on the standard definition program experience of digital cable TV users in Ningbo area,as well as the implementation of high-definition broadcasting and TV at the municipal level in the province.It was found that the existing traditional standard definition program broadcasting system can no longer meet user needs.Based on the actual situation in Ningbo,according to the standards of the radio and television industry and the actual needs of local users,7 sets of high-definition TV program systems in Ningbo were upgraded to meet the needs of users for high-definition TV programs.
