摘要
随着IPTV的不断渗透,有线电视用户逐年下降,如何保用户是广电目前面临的巨大挑战。集客业务主要面向宾馆及酒店行业,通过对市区酒店、宾馆用户的收视习惯进行跟踪,大部分用户入住酒店后只会收看自己感觉兴趣的节目频道。通过利用有线电视网络或IP网络优势,优选用户感兴趣、收视率高的节目进行专线传送,并可插播酒店自办节目,利用电视机个性化排序功能,实现酒店、宾馆等集客业务个性化排序。要实现上述功能共有6种解决方案,根据实际应用场景选择不同的解决方法,在台州地区使用最多的是前端信号通过DTMB调制后专线方案,节目信号质量好且投入成本少。
With the continuous penetration of IPTV,the number of cable TV users has decreased year by year.How to protect users is a huge challenge for radio and television.The inbound business is mainly for hotels and the hotel industry.By tracking the viewing habits of urban hotels and hotel users,most users will only watch the program channels they are interested in after staying in the hotel.By utilizing the advantages of cable TV network or IP network,select programs that are of interest to users and have high ratings.The program can be transmitted by dedicated line,and the hotel s own program can be inserted,and the personalized sorting function of the TV can be used to realize the personalized sorting of the inbound business of hotels and guesthouses.There are 6 solutions to realize the above functions.Choose different solutions according to the actual application scenarios.In Taizhou area,the most used one is the private line solution after the front-end signal is modulated by DTMB.The program signal quality is good and the input cost is low.
