摘要 纵观金融业发展趋势,数字化转型已经成为金融机构业务创新和运营优化的重要“引擎”。作为计算机科学的一个重要分支,人工智能技术在金融业的应用进一步推动了生产要素的重新配置,降低了金融交易成本,减少了信息不对称,增强了规模经济效应,已经成为私募股权投资行业向智能化发展、为客户提供智能投资服务的关键推动力。未来,随着私募股权投资行业数字化转型的深入,我国私募股权投资机构将借助人工智能技术,提供更加普惠、高效、便捷的股权投资服务。本文首先梳理人工智能技术在私募股权投资行业的应用现状;其次,分析我国私募股权投资行业发展过程中存在的痛点问题;最后,从私募股权投资行业“募、投、管、退”全业务流程来探讨人工智能技术的应用场景与解决方案。 Digital transformation has become a significant‘engine’for business innovation and operational optimization of financial institutions.As an important branch of computer science,the application of artificial intelligence technology in the financial industry has further promoted reallocation of productionfactors,cut financial transaction costs,reduced information asymmetry and enhanced economies of scale,and has also become a key driving force for the private equity industry to develop towards intelligence and provide intelligent investment services to clients.In the future,with the comprehensive realization of digital transformation in private equity investment industry,private equity investment institutions will be able to provide more universal,efficient and convenient services to the business under the support of artificial intelligence technology.This paper firstly compared the current situation of the application of artificial intelligence technology in the private equity industry.Secondly,analyzed the pain points existing in the development process of China's pri‐vate equity industry.At last,the application of scenarios and solutions of artificial intelligence technology have been analyzed and discussed through the whole business process in the private equity investment industry,which is‘funding,investing,managing and quitting’process.
