响应面法优化龙脑樟总黄酮提取工艺

摘要 为研究龙脑樟黄酮提取工艺,以黄酮提取量为评价指标,采用乙醇回流法,考察了溶剂量、超声提取时间、乙醇体积分数和提取温度4个因素对黄酮提取量的影响,并采用响应面法进行优化。结果表明,最佳提取工艺条件为溶剂量46 mL/g、乙醇体积分数50%、超声时间15 min、提取温度60℃。经实验验证,黄酮提取量为160.93 mg/g,与模型预测结果 161.86 mg/g相符合。模型可较好地预测龙脑樟黄酮提取量,响应面法对优化龙脑樟黄酮提取参数具有可行性。 This paper studies the technological conditions of extracting flavonoids from Cinnamomum caraphora.The extraction of flavonoids as an indicators using ethanol reflux experiment. The effects of solid-liquid ratio,ultrasonic extraction time, ethanol volume concentration and extraction temperature on total flavonoids content are investigated, and response surface method is used to optimize the experimental data. The optimal extraction conditions are as follows: the amount of solvent 46 mL/g, ethanol volume concentration 50%, ultrasonic time 15 min, extraction temperature 60 ℃. Verified by the experiment, the extraction yield of flavonoids from Cinnamomum camphora is 160.93 mg/g which is in accordance with the prediction of 161.86 mg/g. The model can accurately predict the extraction of flavonoids, and it is plausible to optimize the extraction of flavonoids from Cinnamomum camphora using response surface methodology.
