四种芳香纯露体外抗紫外线及抗氧化活性分析 被引量:4

摘要 以4种常见鲜花(玫瑰花、桃花、茉莉花、海棠花)为原材料,采用减压蒸馏法提取4种芳香纯露,对这4种芳香纯露的体外抗紫外线及抗氧化活性进行比较研究。实验结果表明,海棠纯露比其他3种芳香纯露具有更好的抗紫外线能力。海棠纯露对DPPH自由基清除率最高,达39.86%±1.53%;茉莉纯露对羟自由基的清除率最高,达60.11%±3.31%,海棠纯露次之,为51.91%±1.25%;玫瑰、茉莉、桃花纯露的ABTS自由基清除率相对较低,为2%~5%,海棠纯露的ABTS自由基清除率最高,为28.58%±3.94%;在Fe2+螯合能力测定比较中,桃花纯露和海棠纯露的螯合能力较强。综上所述,海棠纯露具有较强的抗紫外线和抗氧化活性,具有一定的开发潜力。 Using four kinds of common flowers(rose, peach, jasmine and begonia) as raw materials, four kinds of aromatic hydrosol were extracted by vacuum distillation. The anti-ultraviolet and antioxidant activities of the four kinds of aromatic hydrosol were compared in vitro. The experimental results show that begonia hydrosol has better antiultraviolet than the other three aromatic hydrosols. The begonia hydrosol DPPH free radical scavenging rate was the highest, up to 39.86%±1.53%. Jasmine has the highest scavenging rate for hydroxyl radical, up to 60.11%±3.31%,followed by begonia hydrosol, 51.91%±1.25%. The ABTS free radical scavenging rate of rose, jasmine and peach hydrosol is relatively low, ranging from 2% to 5%, and the begonia hydrosol scavenging rate is highest, 28.58%±3.94%.In the determination and comparison of Fe2+ chelating capacity, peach hydrosol and begonia hydrosol have strong chelating capacity. In conclusion, begonia hydrosol has strong anti-ultraviolet and antioxidant activity, and has certain development potential.
