摘要
本文采用气相分子吸收光谱法和连续流动分析法对水中总氮进行测定,通过两种方法的线性拟合、方法检出限、精密度、准确度和实际样品加标等进行验证比较,综合分析两种方法的优缺点。结果表明,两种方法准确度、稳定性均较高,可实现对水中总氮快速、安全的批量分析。
In this paper, gas phase molecular absorption spectroscopy and continuous flow analysis are used to determine total nitrogen in water. The advantages and disadvantages of the two methods are comprehensively analyzed through the verification and comparison of the linear fitting, detection limit, precision, accuracy and actual sample addition of the two methods. The results show that both methods have high accuracy and stability, and can realize rapid and safe batch analysis of total nitrogen in water.
