硫唑嘌呤在乙醇溶液中的溶解度

摘要 目的:在一系列温度(283.15~323.15 K)下测定硫唑嘌呤在摩尔分数为0.0~1.0的乙醇溶液中的溶解度。方法:用高效液相色谱法测定硫唑嘌呤在乙醇溶液中的溶解度。结果:硫唑嘌呤在乙醇溶液中的溶解度随温度升高而升高;随乙醇浓度升高而先升后降。结论:硫唑嘌呤在乙醇溶液中的溶解度受到温度和乙醇浓度的影响,可使用经验方程计算一定条件下的溶解度。 Objective:The solubilities of azathioprine in different concentrations of ethanol-water solution at the mole fraction of ethanol of 0.0~1.0 at 283.15~323.15 K.Methods:The solubilities of azathioprine in ethanolwater solution were measured by using high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Results:The solubility of azathioprine in ethanol solution increases with increasing temperature;with the increase of ethanol concentration,it increased first and then decreased.Conclusion:The solubility of azathioprine in ethanol solution is affected by temperature and ethanol concentration,and the solubility under certain conditions can be calculated using an empirical equation.
