为适应国家高等教育改革和生物制品行业人才发展需要,针对目前生物制品人才培养存在的主要问题,从课程建设、研究生能力培养、激励机制和质量保障体系等方面进行了改革和探索,构建了生物制品创新型人才培养体系。该人才培养体系有效提升了研究生培养质量,契合“服务国家需求,面向科学前沿”价值导向,实现了为行业培养和输送创新型人才的目标。

In order to meet the needs of the national higher education reform and the talent development of biological products industry, aiming at the main problems existing in the talent training of biological products, the reform and exploration are carried out from the aspects of course construction, scientific research and training, incentive mechanism and quality assurance system, and the innovative talent training system of biological products is constructed. The talent training system effectively improves the quality of graduate training, conforms to the value orientation of “serving the needs of the country and facing the scientific frontier”, and realizes the goal of training and transporting innovative talents for the industry.
