脑小血管病与步态障碍关系的研究进展

Research progress on the relationship between cerebral small-vessel disease and gait disorders

脑小血管病是一类主要累及脑小动脉、分支小动脉、毛细血管和小静脉等末端脑血管的疾病,可产生多种远期后果。步态障碍是脑小血管病的重要临床表现,是老年人群生活质量下降、发生跌倒,甚至死亡的最主要原因。本文综述了脑小血管病引发脑病变和影像学变化,步态障碍临床意义和其评估方法,脑小血管病与步态障碍之间的关系,以期为脑小血管病临床早期防治和研究提供参考。

Cerebral small-vessel disease(CSVD)is a group of diseases that mainly involve such terminal cerebral vessels as cerebral arterioles,branching arterioles,capillaries,and venules,and can have a variety of longterm consequences.Gait disorders are an important clinical manifestation of CSVD and are the most important cause of quality of life degradation,falls,and even death in the elderly population.The article reviews the brain lesions and imaging changes caused by CSVD,the clinical significance of gait disorders and their assessment methods,and the relationship between CSVD and gait disorders so as to provide a reference for the research,early prevention and treatment of CSVD.
