器官移植专科护士岗位胜任力评价指标体系的构建

Construction of the evaluation index system of post competence for the specialized nurses in organ transplantation

目的 构建器官移植专科护士岗位胜任力评价指标体系。方法 通过文献查询及专家访谈,初步构建器官移植专科护士岗位胜任力评价指标体系,对21名专家进行2轮专家函询,计算各级指标权重,最终确立指标体系。结果 通过2轮专家咨询,问卷回收率分别为100%和95.24%,专家权威系数分别为0.875和0.881,第2轮函询和谐系数分别为0.467、0.412和0.386,P<0.01。形成了包括4个一级指标、13个二级指标和40个三级指标的器官移植专科护士岗位胜任力评价指标体系。结论 基于岗位胜任力的器官移植专科护士评价指标体系的构建,专家一致性程度较高,可为今后器官移植专科护士考评提供理论依据。

Objective To construct the evaluation index system of post competence for the specialized nurses in organ transplantation. Methods Through literature search and expert interview, the evaluation index system of post competency for organ transplant nurses was initially established, and 2 rounds of expert consultation were conducted with 21 experts, and the weight of indicators at all levels was calculated, and finally the index system was established. Results After 2 rounds of expert consultation, the recovery rate of questionnaire was 100% and 95.24%,the expert authority coefficients was 0.875 and 0.881, the harmony coefficient of the second round of consultation were 0.467,0.412,and 0.386, respectively, P<0.01.The evaluation index system of post competency for organ transplant nurses had been formed, including 4 first-level indexes, 13 second-level indexes, and 40 third-level indexes.Conclusion The establishment of the evaluation index system for organ transplant specialist nurses based on post competency has a high degree of expert consistency, which can provide a theoretical basis for the evaluation of organ transplant specialist nurses in the future.
