基于博弈论的城市道路空间路权分配研究 被引量:1

摘要 基于博弈论对城市干路机动车道公交车和非公交机动车的空间路权分配问题进行了系统研究。首先运用问卷调查法确定了出行者选择出行方式的关键因素;其次建立了双层规划模型,运用枚举法与混沌优化混合算法对模型进行了求解;最后通过典型路段对模型进行了验证。结果表明,在城市干路原有公交专用道的基础上再增设一条公交专用道,会吸引部分非公交机动车转向公交出行,公交分担率显著增加;通过优化城市干路机动车道空间路权的分配,不但能够改善公交服务水平,还能够提高城市道路运行效率,降低交通系统的成本,从而缓解交通拥堵,并推动交通绿色低碳发展。 Based on the game theory, this paper makes a systematic study on the spatial right of way assignment of bus and non bus vehicles on the motorway of urban trunk roads.Firstly, the key factors of travelers’ choice of travel mode are determined by questionnaire survey;Secondly, a bilevel programming model is established, and the model is solved by using enumeration method and chaos optimization algorithm;Finally, the model is verified by typical road sections.The results show that the addition of a bus lane on the basis of the existing bus lane on the urban trunk road will attract some non bus vehicles to turn to bus, and the bus sharing rate will increase significantly;By optimizing the distribution of the space right of way of motor lanes on urban trunk roads, not only can the public transport service level be improved, but also the operation efficiency of urban roads can be improved, and the cost of the transportation system can be reduced, so as to alleviate traffic congestion and promote the green and low-carbon development of transportation.
