Research on System Construction of Teaching Innovation Team Collaboration Community of Vocational Education Teachers

在厘清共同体概念的同时,充分认识制度建设的重要性,依据教师教学创新团队制度建设的三大理论,分析了教师教学创新团队协作共同体存在的主要问题,在立足制度建设三方面原则的基础上,提出从组织、运行、协同、保障、评价等五方面构建教学创新团队协作共同体的制度,旨在推动教师教学创新团队建设的成效。

At the same time of clarifying the concept of community,we fully understand the importance of system construction.According to the three theories of teacher teaching innovation team system construction,we analyze the main problems existing in teaching innovation team of teachers cooperation community.On the basis of the three principles of system construction,it was the system of constructing teaching innovation team collaboration community in order to promote the construction of teachers’ teaching innovation team that has put forward from five aspects:organization,operation,coordination,guarantee and evaluation results.
