“岗课赛证”融合的管理会计实务课程教学改革研究

Research on the Teaching Reform of Management Accounting Practice Course Integrated with "Post Course Competition Certificate"

随着会计专业的转型升级,管理会计技能越来越重要,文章从“岗课赛证”相融合的角度创新管理会计实务课程教学模式,首先分析了管理会计实务课程教学存在的问题,阐述了“岗课赛证”融合的课程教学模式的含义,其次提出了实现“岗课赛证”融合的课程教学模式的途径,将工作岗位要求、专业技能等级证书、技能大赛要求融入课程中,最后针对“岗课赛证”融通的教学模式提出了相应的保障措施,以期实现管理会计人才培养的目标。

With the transformation and upgrading of accounting major,management accounting skills are becoming more and more important.This paper innovates the teaching model of management accounting practice course from the perspective of the integration of "post course and certificate".Firstly,it analyzes the problems existing in the teaching of management accounting practice course and expounds the meaning of the integrated teaching model of "post course and certificate".Secondly,it puts forward the way to realize the integrated course teaching mode of "post course competition certificate",integrating the job requirements,professional skill level certificate and skill competition requirements into the course.Finally,it puts forward corresponding safeguard measures for the integrated teaching mode of "post course competition certificate",in order to achieve the goal of management accounting personnel training.
