浅谈中职思政课教师研判课堂教学育人成效的必要性与途径

摘要 对思政理论课堂教与学的价值和效果进行评价,是检验学生道德品质以及政治素养的关键环节;是教师调整教学行为,有效提升思政课堂育人的导向性、亲和力和针对性的主要依据。思政课教师可以通过理论课堂、第二课堂、网络平台等途径观察学生的行为表现、思想动态,准确定位学生学习的心理误区、最近发展区等问题,判定育人成效。 To evaluate the value and effect of teaching and learning of ideological and political theory is the key link to test students’ moral quality and political accomplishment.It is the main basis for teachers to adjust their teaching behavior and effectively improve the orientation,affinity and pertinence of ideological and political classroom education.Teachers of ideological and political courses can observe students’ behavior and ideological dynamics through theoretical classroom,the second classroom,network platform and other ways,accurately locate students’ psychological errors in learning,the zone of recent development and other problems,and judge the effectiveness of education.
