某部队飞行人员功能性胃肠病患病情况及其相关影响因素分析

Prevalence and influencing factors of functional gastrointestinal disorders among pilots

目的了解空军飞行人员功能性胃肠病(functional gastrointestinal disorders,FGIDs)患病情况及其影响因素,为航空卫生保障提供科学依据。方法本研究采用横断面调查、以罗马Ⅳ诊断标准为依据调查102例空军飞行人员FGIDs的患病情况。采用焦虑自评量表和抑郁自评量表对调查者的心理状态进行测试和评估;采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数对调查者的睡眠情况进行评估;采用多因素Logistic回归分析飞行人员FGIDs患病的相关影响因素。结果102例飞行人员FGIDs患者占37.25%;11.76%的被调查者具有FGIDs合并症状。饮酒、焦虑和睡眠质量具有统计学意义。饮酒者FGIDs的患病风险约是未饮酒者的1.87倍,焦虑会使FGIDs患病风险平均提高45%,睡眠质量每降低一个级别,FGIDs的患病风险平均提高1.39倍。结论飞行人员FGIDs的发生与多种因素有关,减少饮酒和焦虑及改善睡眠状况,有助于降低FGIDs发病率,保证飞行员的身体健康及飞行安全。

Objective To find out about the prevalence of functional gastrointestinal disorders among pilots of Air Force and the risk factors so as to provide data for the health care of pilots.Methods A cross sectional survey was conducted about the prevalence of FGIDs among 102 pilots of Air Force using Rome IV.Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS).The Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)was used to assess the mental state of the pilots,while Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to assess their quality of sleep.The factors associated with FGIDs among these pilots were analyzed with logistic regression analysis.Results The incidence of FGIDs among these pilots was 37.25%.A total of 11.76%pilots were found to present symptoms associated with FGIDs.The difference in alcoholic consumption,anxiety and sleeping quality was statistically significant.Drinkers of alcohol were at 1.87 times the risk of FGIDs compared with non-drinkers.Anxiety could increase the risk of FGIDs by 45%.It was also found that a worse score of sleeping quality evaluated by the Pittsburgh sleep quality index would increase the incidence of FGIDs by 139%.Conclusion The prevalence of FGIDs in pilots is associated with many factors.Improving sleeping quality,consuming less alcohol and mitigating anxiety will help lower the prevalence of FGIDs and improve the health of pilots.
