摘要
当前中小型煤化工企业对于设备的维护与管理还处于较为传统的修复和运维阶段,基于预测性维护在该类煤化工企业中还没有具体的应用,煤化工企业的生产效率与设备管理方式也没有相应提升。本文就预测性维护系统提出设计理念,对硬件方面主控芯片、传感器、数据采集与服务器进行阐述,分析了软件与操作方面的数据分析、数据传输与接口、操作系统等。为实现工业互联网平台在煤化工企业的预测性维护提出对应的策略应用,最终实现设备远程监测以及预防性维护等功能。
At present,the maintenance and management of equipment in small and medium-sized coal chemical enterprises are still in the more traditional stage of repair and operation and maintenance. Based on the predictive maintenance in this kind of coal chemical enterprises has not yet specific application,coal chemical enterprise production efficiency and equipment management has not been improved accordingly. In this paper,the design concept of predictive maintenance system is put forward. The main control chip,sensor,data acquisition and server are described in hardware. Data analysis,data transmission and interface,operating system are analyzed in software and operation. In order to realize the predictive maintenance of industrial Internet platform in coal chemical enterprises,the corresponding strategy application is proposed,and the functions of equipment remote monitoring and preventive maintenance are finally realized.
