摘要
在化工企业中,因现场环境恶劣,多存在腐蚀性及爆炸危险物质,低压变频器需要集中设置在厂区变电所中,造成部分变频器到电机端电缆长度过长,电动机端会产生约2倍的过电压,电压突增若超过电机耐重复电压强度,将会降低设备的使用寿命。本文就低压变频器长距离配电时的工程做法进行方案分析。
In chemical enterprises,due to the harsh on-site environment and the presence of corrosive and explosive dangerous substances,low-voltage inverters need to be centrally installed in the substation in the factory area,resulting in too long cables from some inverters to the motor end,and the motor end will generate about 2 If the voltage surge exceeds the repeated withstand voltage strength of the motor,the service life of the equipment will be reduced. This paper analyzes the engineering practices of low-voltage inverters for long-distance power distribution.
