基于科学计量学的适应调节抗阻训练研究态势分析

摘要 运用CiteSpace5.8.R3、VOS viewer与Origin2021可视化分析软件,分析2010—2021年适应调节抗阻训练国外研究文献,梳理与展望近10年该领域研究的发展现状、热点、趋向。结果显示:(1)近十年该领域研究趋势呈指数型上涨,核心贡献作者为Amador GR、Alejandro PC,且研究者间已形成较为稳定的合作关系;国家以西班牙、智利为主,研究机构以格拉纳达大学、康塞普西翁天主教大学等高校为主,国家间、机构间共同研究成果尚不多见。(2)研究热点围绕以下三个方面:1)适应调节抗阻训练监控技术:研究证明动作速度监控可以替代传统监控方法;2)适应调节抗阻训练监控应用:研究证明预测1 RM的间接测量法中个性LVP法、两点法及1 RM_(MVT)具有相对较高的可靠性和有效性,且目前缺乏APRE和RPE的研究;3)适应调节抗阻训练监测效果:大量研究支持VBT在降低运动员疲劳感和总训练量的同时能更好地提升其爆发力和最大力量。研究展望:随着交叉学科之间的融合以及成果应用的扩展,适应调节抗阻训练呈现出较高的研究价值和发展机会。研究趋向表明,其在对青少年力量素质提升的应用与实践、APRE和RPE的研究、三种训练方法在不同训练目标下的应用以及与其他训练方法结合对运动训练的影响等方面有着广阔的发展空间。 Using CiteSpace5.8.R3,VOS viewer and Origin2021 visual analysis software,this paper analyzes the foreign research literature on autoregulated resistance training from 2010 to 2021,and sorts out and forecasts the development status,hotspots and trends of this field in the past 10 years.The results show that:(1)The research trend in this field has increased exponentially in the past ten years.The core contributors are Amador GR and Alejandro PC,and a relatively stable cooperative relationship has been formed between researchers;Spain and Chile are the main countries,and research institutions are The University of Granada,the Catholic University of Concepcion and other universities are the main ones,and there are few joint research results between countries and institutions;(2)The research hotspots focus on the following three aspects:1)Autoregulated resistance training monitoring technology:research proves that movement speed monitoring can replace traditional monitoring methods;2)Application of autoregulated resistance training monitoring:Research proves that the individual LVP method,two-point method and 1RMMVT among the indirect measurement methods for predicting 1RM have relatively high reliability and validity,and there is currently a lack of research on APRE and RPE;3)Monitoring the effect of autoregulated resistance training:A large number of studies support that VBT can better improve the explosive power and maximum strength of athletes while reducing fatigue and total training volume.Research prospects:With the integration of interdisciplinary subjects and the expansion of application results,autoregulated conditioning resistance training presents high research value and development opportunities.Research trends show that it has broad development in the application and practice of youth strength improvement,research on APRE and RPE,the application of the three training methods under different training goals,and the impact of combining with other training methods on sports training.
