“双减”政策助力学校武术育人路径研究

摘要 国家“双减”政策的出台,有助于学校武术育人具体实践的实施。强化学校武术育人主阵地作用,让武术学习回归校园,武术师资实践重塑和育人实践结构性变化是关键。运用文献研究、逻辑分析等研究方法,对学校武术育人具体实践路径进行探究。研究认为:1)提高武术教师的教学能力,改善教学习惯,进行师资重塑是学校武术育人的主导者路径;2)重新规划武术教学流程,重新定位育人各环节功能是学校武术育人的结构重构路径;3)重构武术育人资源配置,实现资源育人效益最大化是学校武术育人的资源重组路径。 The national“Double Reduction”policy is helpful for the implementation of Wushu education practice in schools.To strengthen the main role of school Wushu education and bring Wushu learning back to schools,the key is the reconstruction of Wushu teachers'practice and the structural change of education practice.With the methods of literature review and logic analysis,the specific path for Wushu education practice in schools was explored.The research holds that:(1)Reshaping Wushu teachers by improving their teaching ability and teaching habits is the dominant path for Wushu education in schools;(2)Replanning Wushu teaching process and repositioning the functions of each link is the structural reconstruction path;(3)Reconstructing the resource allocation of Wushu education and maximize the benefit of Wushu education is the resource reorganization path.
